The finer details with the Event & Hospitality group are almost complete. As a friendly reminder, things may look a bit different but your support is still needed.
At this time, it was identified that there will be 27, 4-hour volunteering slot available between July 29th, 30th and August 4th and 5th.
We recognize the availability of slots is a decrease from previous years however, we are prepared to create a list for on-call last minute shifts. (Link to be posted)
We will be posting a link to our FB page and website with the Sign Up Genius link (like last year) and will post live on Saturday July 22nd at noon, for the 27 available slots. If by chance, they do not fill up by Friday July 25th, we let families volunteer for multiple shifts - we will post notification.
As like other years, you must be at least 15 years of age to volunteer and 16 years of age with a (G1) drivers license for the Golf Cart runner.
